 We’re committed to the highest quality auto body and collision repair service in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area.  Our employees, our community, our vendors and most importantly our customers have made our business a success!

Not only do we provide an enjoyable, safe place for our employees to work, we provide them with financial rewards for their hard work. In turn our employees are then able to provide for themselves, their families and their community.

Bon Auto Body belongs to and participates fully in the local Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Richfield, the local kids sports programs and AASP of MN to name a few. Bon Auto Body donates financially and puts in many hours volunteering. We wish we could do more.Bon Auto Body deals honestly with it’s vendors, so they to can be successful, and give back to their families and communities

Last but not least, Bon Auto Body provides our customers with the best repairs possible in a timely manner, so as not to disrupt their lives anymore than necessary. We believe we are a service to the community. The key word being service. In todays world, Bon Auto Body thinks businesses have forgotten that we are here for you, not you for us.

Our Staff

Bon Auto Body has experienced very little turnover with it’s employees over the years. We think that’s because we hire the right people for each position. Our current employees have been with us now anywhere from 3.5 years to 25 years.  Bon Auto Body takes pride in hiring quality staff from the manager to the detailer.  All Bon Auto Body employees are I-Car Certified and participate in continuing education programs.

Quality is no Accident!

Certified Technicians.  We are I-Car certified.  Did you know that all of Bon Auto Body’s employees are I-CAR certified?  I-Car is the recognized education program for the collision industry, the auto manufacturers (OEM’s) and the insurance companies.

Owner Gary P. Wiberg has an AAM degree, an automotive industry degree that requires many years of specialized education. Gary was one of the first in the nation to to receive this degree.

Our auto body painter is fully certified and everyone else in our company has some kind of painting certification through Dupont and other organizations.
